Destination Services
Orientation / Look See Trips
A personalised tour of the new area(s) for relocating employees to get an idea of where they may wish to live, the types of housing available and the local facilities and amenities. The employee will then have a good idea of which location they would like to move to when they are looking to find a permanent property to rent/purchase.
Temporary Accommodation
If employees need to take up their new position before their permanent home is available, AMG Relocation can arrange temporary accommodation either in a hotel, serviced apartments or a short-term rental. We will source the accommodation and ensure that the relocating employee moves in line with your timings.
Education
AMG use the services of specialist educational consultants.
Home Finding to Rent or Purchase
AMG Relocation will help the employee to find suitable accommodation to rent or purchase. We will arrange the itinerary, accompany the employee on viewings, conduct the negotiations and coordinate all paperwork.
When the employee is ready to move into their new home we will arrange for the transfer or connection of utility services and will represent the employee at the inventory check in.
To help the employee settle in quickly, we will provide information on the local area, including details of Doctors, Dentists and local facilities.
Maintaining contact once they have moved into the property to ensure they have settled in.
Tenancy Renewal Service
AMG Relocation will ensure that appropriate notice is given to the employee and employer and will check whether the tenancy is to be renewed or terminated. For a renewal we will negotiate the best terms and prepare the necessary documentation ensuring all parties sign the renewal documents in time.
Departure/Repatriation Services
We will make arrangements to close down the rental, this includes
arranging for a final clean of the property, representing the employee
at the inventory check out, closing down the utility services and
arranging the return of any deposit paid.
AMG's experienced team will negotiate the dilapidations with the Landlord or Letting Agent, this service has resulted in considerable cost savings for our clients.
Homesale and Home Marketing Assistance
Home Sale Programme
Provide the complete Guaranteed Sale Programme (GSP) to the relocating employee enabling them to move quickly to the new location. AMG will manage and co-ordinate the sale of the old home right through until completion.
Home Marketing Assistance
Professional assistance with the sale of the old home including valuation, marketing strategy and advice on offers received. Putting the property on the market at the right price and with the appropriate estate agent can speed up the sale process allowing the employee to move more quickly to the new area.
